Wii and Ipod SMiLE Contest
This is our newest yearly contest and we are super excited about it!! There are two ways to be entered in this contest. Winners will receive their choice of a
Nintendo Wii video game system or Ipod Touch MP3 player.
1. Refer a friend that begins braces with us. Make sure to have them mention that you referred them when they call.
2. Bring your "Acuity Smile Reward" report card with you to your 6 month dental visits (Print above or pick up from our office). Score all A's on this report and show it to us at your next orthodontic appointment.
The best compliment our patients can give us is the referral of a family member or friend. We thank you for your referrals and for being such great patients!
Monthly Ticket Contest
Tickets are awarded at every regularly scheduled visit for outstanding patient behavior. Use these tickets to have chances of winning our monthly drawing. Winners get to chose gift certificates to their favorite stores: Banana Republic, Old Navy, Wal-Mart, Barnes and Nobles, etc.
