First and Second Visit

First Visit

We look forward to meeting you on your first visit to our office.

During this time, we will help you get acquainted with our office and offer insight to your orthodontic treatment. We understand that each patient's orthodontic treatment is different, and we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve.

Your first orthodontic visit will consist of an extensive examination and discussion of potential treatment options. This important visit will address your orthodontic needs to determine if this is the proper time to begin treatment.

We will discuss fees at this time and qualify you for any orthodontic insurance coverage you may have (please see the Financial / Insurance tab for further information).

Second Visit

The Second visit in orthodontics is the records visit. 

During this visit, we will take diagnostic X-Rays and molds of the top and bottom teeth.  These records are crucial for the doctor to make the necessary measurements in order to treat your malocclusion. 

If you know you are ready to begin treatment prior to your initial visit, please let the staff know and we can try to schedule the records visit at the same time as your exam.

You may access the following forms to assist us with your care. Please fill out and send the desired form, or you may print it out and then bring it to your appointment. We have also made available our Privacy Policy if you would like to view this.
